Weekly Update June 10-17

     CDAG’s board voted to fight any development contrary to the established waterfront goals  – with or without the support of the neighborhood association where the development is located.  Recent approvals by the Zoning Board of Adjustment for check-cashing and cash-4-gold establishments within the Waterfront Overlay prompted the advocacy group to re-activate its zoning committee to monitor non-compliant zoning appeals.  See PlanPhilly:  http://planphilly.com/cdag-fight-waterfront-projects-threaten-waterfront-vision
