The Philadelphia Business Journal provides more details on the proposed music venue in Fishtown. CDAGs own Steve Weixler is quoted as liking that the developer proposes to convert an old industrial building into a new use and that the building is designed to meet the street. But, Steve also raises some concerns — the design leaves a blank wall facing the sidewalk “that just kills the pedestrian environment.”
